Dusty Bronco Hazy IPA
- Juicy, smooth, and easy our hazy is structured to be drinkable and not too soft. This IPA is loaded with tropical, citrusy hop flavor and aromas of tangerine, melon, and a hint of hoppy resin.

That Tracks IPA
- Medium-bodied with an assertive yet smooth bitterness. This modern IPA seeks the middle ground between the East and West with hop flavors of citrus, fruit, and resin upon a flavorful malt backbone.

Hilco Amber
- Our riff on California Common is copper-colored, with a subtle fruitiness on top of a malt-forward medium body. Flavors of caramel, toffee, and bread crust lead the show, with floral hops singing backup.

- Barley and corn lagered cold & slow and balanced by a touch of hops create this approachable crusher. This crisp, light lager stands on its own, but don’t feel bad about adding that slice of lime.

- Yeast forward flavors of pepper, clove, and lemon burst from this bright and dry Belgian ale. Unfiltered and rustic yet elegant and refreshingly drinkable.

Hunting Jacket English Brown Ale
- Malty and soft with robust notes of caramel, nuts, and chocolate, this classic English style is comfort in a glass.

Double Barrel Delight Barrel-Aged Blended Sour Red
- For this beer we took a pale wheat beer aged on raspberries in a mixed culture wine barrel and blended it with a whiskey barrel- aged sour brown ale. The blend was then refermented on blackberry puree. Finally, we added some Hilco Amber to soften the acidity. The result is a robust and jammy Sour Red Ale, reminiscent of a Flanders Red and an Oud Bruin.

- This seasonal riff was brewed with Spruce Tips, Cinnamon, and Ginger for a refreshing and festive nod to the holidays.

Anniversary 5 Special
Anniversary 5 Rum Barrel Brown
- To celebrate 5 years of slinging beers, we took our Hunting Jacket English Brown Ale and added some molasses to boost the ABV and depth of flavor, and then conditioned it on Rum Barrel Oak Chips to create a bold and robust yet smooth ale- worthy of libation and celebration! Limited quantity of 750mL bottles only.
