Wild Cherry Barrel-Aged Sour

3 years in the making, what started as a batch of Pilsner was aged in "wild" barrels of yeast and bacteria on Montmorency Cherry concentrate then refermented on a mix of sweet and sour cherry purees. The resulting beer is tart, funky, and complex with flavors of cherry, a soft red hue, and a dry finish reminiscent of Belgian Kriek. ABV 8.4
